Indulge in the familiar creamy texture and tangy zest of traditional mayonnaise, now crafted without eggs. Our eggless version is carefully concocted using plant-based ingredients offering a vegan-friendly alternative suitable for various dietary preferences. With its smooth, velvety consistency, it effortlessly enhances sandwiches, salads, and vegetable dips. Savor the richness of mayonnaise, minus the eggs, catering to a diverse range of culinary needs.

Russian Salad Ingredients
1 medium sized carrot
1 medium sized potato
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup French beans, chopped
1 small stick of celery, finely chopped
Lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber or capsicum for garnishing
Salt as required
3/4 cup Veeba Eggless Veginnaise

Step 1: Boil the carrot, potato, green peas and French beans. You could also microwave them till they are completely cooked.
Step 2: Peel and chop the potato with the rest of the veggies.
Step 3: Mix the chopped veggies and celery with Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise and add salt.
Step 4: Garnish the salad with lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber slices.
Serve the Russian salad alongside your meals.

Pizza Bread Baskets Ingredients
White Bread slices
1 Round cookie cutter
1 Muffin tray
½ cup blanched corn
½ onion finely chopped
¼ red bell peppers finely chopped
¼ green capsicum
Salt & Pepper
Veeba Pasta Pizza Sauce Tandoori
Veeba Eggless Veginnaise
5-6 olives sliced
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1:Bread basket’s prep Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree C, and carve a circular shape of the bread slice using a cookie cutter. Roll it flat using a rolling pin. Using a muffin tray brush it with olive oil, so that the bread doesn’t stick to the base.
Step 2: Press the rolled bread circles into the muffin tray to form bread baskets. Bake for about 5-7 minutes until crisp.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine, ½ cup blanched corn, ½ onion finely chopped, ¼ red bell peppers finely chopped, ¼ green capsicum, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4:Add 3 tbsp. Veeba Pasta Pizza Sauce Tandoori and 3 tbsp. Eggless Veginnaise and mix well
Step 5: Put a dollop of the portion of the mix in the crisp bread baskets, add 5-6 olives sliced on top, garnish with ½ cup grated with cheddar cheese, bake until golden crisp and bubbly.
