TIKKA MASALA CREAMY MAKHANI

Creamy Makhni is a luscious and indulgent sauce originating from North Indian cuisine. Known for its rich, velvety texture and distinctive buttery taste, Creamy Makhni is made by simmering tomatoes, cream, butter, and aromatic spices until they meld into a harmonious blend of flavors. Often used as a base for dishes like Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani), this sauce adds a decadent touch to any meal. Its smooth consistency and delicate balance of sweetness and tanginess make Creamy Makhni a beloved favorite among Indian food enthusiasts worldwide.

Shahi Paneer
Step 1: Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 120-125 g) Veeba Creamy Makhani Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
Step 2: Sauté 250 g Cottage Cheese (Paneer) dices till light golden in colour.
Step 3: Sauté 250 g Cottage Cheese (Paneer) dices till light golden in colour.
Step4: Garnish and serve!
Best served with naan/roti/plain paratha.

Butter Chicken
Step 1: Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 120-125 g) Veeba Creamy Makhani Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
Step 2: Marinate 250 g boneless chicken dices with curd, salt and little red chili powder for at least 30 minutes. Grill the marinated chicken or sauté the marinated chicken dices till done.
Step 3: Add the gravy mix to the prepared chicken and bring to boil
Step 4: Garnish and serve!
Best served with naan/roti/plain paratha.
