KUNG PAO STIR FRY & GRAVY

This savory, sweet and spicy sauce, crafted with soy sauce, Jaggery, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, and chili peppers, offers a perfect balance of flavors. Whether paired with chicken, tofu, or vegetables, the Kung Pao Gravy Base elevates any dish to new heights, delivering a burst of easy Asian Oriental flavor with every bite.

Veg Kung Pao
Step 1:Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Kung Pao Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
Step 2: Stir fry the vegetables of your choice like onions, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms etc. along with 250 g paneer (Cottage Cheese)/tofu.
Step 3:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & paneer (Cottage Cheese)/tofu and bring to boil.
Step4:Garnish and serve!
Best served with steamed rice or noodles.

Chicken Kung Pao
Step 1: Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Kung Pao Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
Step 2:Marinate 250 g boneless chicken dices with 1 tsp. cornflour, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil till golden and keep aside.
Step 3:Stir fry the vegetables of your choice and add the prepared chicken.
Step 4:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & chicken and bring to boil.
Step5: Garnish and serve!
Best served with steamed rice or noodles.
